Tower Killed in Secondary Crash

Martin Braden, 47, an Aurora, Colo., tow truck operator was killed in a crash recently while clearing debris from the roadway after an earlier crash.“The southbound F-250 collided with the rear of the trooper’s vehicle, knocked it off the side of the road and collided with the tow operator,” said a Colorado state trooper. One trooper was injured in the crash. Investigators say the driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries.Excessive speed and distracted driving are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash and charges are pending.
