Tower Assaulted in Tulsa

On 8/22, a tow truck driver who was on break at a convenience store was allegedly stabbed and then run over by a man who fled the scene.

The suspect, identified as Kendrick Jones, a former felon, used a pair of scissors to stab the tower and then dragged him 20 yards with his car.

Shortly after, the suspect called 911 to report that he'd run over the victim and officers responded, arresting Jones. According to police, surveillance video confirmed all of the events.

The tower was taken to the hospital with significant trauma to his head and body.
