Miller Industries Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $240 million, up 12.1% from $214 million in the same quarter last year.

Diluted earnings came in at $0.63 per share, significantly exceeding the $0.37 consensus estimate. Net income totaled $7.3 million, compared with $0.73 per diluted share a year earlier, reflecting continued margin pressure despite strong revenue growth.

The company’s results point to solid demand for towing and recovery equipment as fleet modernization and an aging vehicle population continue to drive the need for roadside assistance services.

Miller Industries expects full-year 2026 revenue between $850 million and $900 million, indicating that management anticipates continued momentum through the second half of the year.

The company’s second-quarter performance surpassed Wall Street expectations, reinforcing its position in a market benefiting from ongoing fleet replacement and modernization. Analysts remain generally positive on the stock, with three buy recommendations and two holds.

The company’s latest results highlight strong top-line growth while underscoring the challenge of maintaining profitability amid margin pressures.
