Randy Meyer has spent more than 30 years as a respected member of the NHRA Drag Racing family as a driver, team owner and crew chief. In addition over that same period of time, Randy began his career in the towing and recovery business working first for a Holmes distributor and then starting and building his own successful distributorship in Olathe, Kan., with a complete line of Miller Industries equipment along with Landoll trailers. As Meyer Truck Center approaches its 25th year in business, they recently expanded with a second location in Oklahoma City, Okla. When Randy isn’t managing the 20-plus employees at the operation, he loves to spend time with his wife, Mary, and his two daughters Megan and Rachel, who are following in their father’s footsteps behind the wheel of a dragster moving up in the NHRA ranks over the last nine years. With a host of awards and championships, this racing family has used the exposure at the tracks as a great way to promote Meyer Truck Center to many towers from around the country who watch or participate in the sport.Randy’s success can be attributed to honesty, hard work, dedication and focus whether behind the wheel of a dragster or a new custom-built towing and recovery unit that is ready for delivery.
